- 100 Acre Woods
“The
more he looked inside the more Piglet wasn't there.”
The
100 Acre Wood will never be the same. Paul Winchell and John Feidler
died Friday and Saturday respectively. This means all the original voices
of “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh” have now passed
on. Come to find out the voice of Gopher, Howard Morris, (he’s
not in the book you know) died just last month of a heart ailment.
Shall
we now observe a moment of silence?
"Pooh,
promise you won't forget about me, ever. Not even when I'm a hundred."
Pooh thought for a little.
"How old shall I be then?"
"Ninety-nine."
Pooh nodded.
"I promise," he said.
Thanks
for the great moments! You will live on in our hearts!
“Wherever they go, and whatever happens to them on the way,
in that enchanted place on the top of the forest, a little boy and
his Bear will always be playing.”
